Quintessa Homes wants to buy our house, anybody know them?

It's been hard to find any reviews or information about this company online, so i figured why not ask here.

Has anybody worked with them or looked into selling your home to Quintessa Homes (local developer)? I'd like to know if they are honorable / have integrity.

Besides them, anybody ever sell to a developer around here? I'd love to hear people's experiences.
