Quiet place to study?

Hi everyone,

I have a test for a job offer coming up on Friday. I am looking for a quiet place to study for a few hours and also somewhere where I can take the test on Friday. This place needs to have internet access. All libraries are closed as well as my university. Does anyone know of a place in Houston where that sort of checks all these boxes? I wish I could just do this at home, however it's kind of impossible with my current situation. Thank you.
