Quiet, calm restaurants in Houston?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a quiet, calming restaurant? Like imagine if the Rothko Chapel had food. Or something like the old restaurant Mother’s in Austin.

I know of plenty of awesome restaurants, but none are particularly calm or quiet.

It’s been a very loud week with our kids off plus had extra relatives at our house. So my wife and I are looking for the exact opposite tonight.
