Quiet and diverse neighborhoods to raise a young family? Home price range max $350k

We are looking at relocating and are wondering what neighborhoods we should check out? Clean, diverse, quiet, with sidewalks and is are safe enough for young children? I’ve looked through the sub history but didn’t see many questions that are similar in criteria.
