Quickly approved for unemployment

I got laid off on Friday and attempted to apply for UI on Saturday morning. While applying for benefits it requested my SS# then I hit a roadblock in the application because the user I’d and password I had associated with my SS# in 2008 was still on record. Of course I couldn’t remember 12 year old login credentials so I was stuck trying to call trying to get it resolved. Probably 1000+ calls without getting through. I tried logging in again online and was able to proceed with my application. Afterward I found an email in my junk folder stating they had reset my login credentials and to try again. I think they can see on their end that I had run into this issue because the email was time stamped from before I restarted my application. If you ran into a similar issue try applying online again. By Monday afternoon I received an approval for my application. My layoff was related to the downturn in O&G. Is everyone laid off going to be eligible for the extra $600 federal pandemic assistance or does it only apply to service related job loss?
