Questions regarding property taxes

Hello everyone, I’m a first time home owner here and I’m very confused about how property taxes work. I live in Cypress and I have received 5 tax bills. Other than the Harris county tax and the MUD tax which I am aware of, do I need to pay for the other taxes please? Such as the Cypress Fairbanks ISD tax (I don’t go to school) and the greater southeast management district tax. Thanks a lot guys 🙂
