Questions from a fan coming from out of town for Oct 6th vs bills.

Long time fan from Toronto and I happen to be in Houston for a work trip that week. Gonna stay for the game and I have 2 questions:

1. Should I wait till closer to the game because some of the resale prices are insane.

2. Are there tailgate parties where I can pay to go to and eat some food and drink some beers?
