Questions about Warranty Deed Transfer

Hello! I have some questions about a warranty deed transfer. Honestly, I am not sure where to begin. So my father owns a home and he has the warranty deed and he wants to transfer it under my name. My question is what forms should I need to fill out in order to do this and also where can I find these forms. And as far as submitting this paper work at the civil court offices. I’ve checked the Harris County Clerk Real Property Department website, but still somewhat confused on how to navigate. Anybody that has done this process before just want some helpful tips.
