Questions about Museum District.
How has the Museum District fared in terms of safety, homelessness, car break ins, trash, and so on during this pandemic? Do ya'll think it's a good place to show a couple of foreigners?
Basically, I have to take my boss's clients around as an impromptu tour guide, showing them Houston. Boss literally said "show them America", whatever the f**k that means. My first thought was taking them down to a range, but it's probably unprofessional and fiance says its an extreme idea. I also suggested ethnic enclaves so they can feel a little at home to her, but she said it's a little insensitive and boring… which makes sense. They're hailing from Nigeria, China, and Europe (I think Sweden and Norway?) I do not know their ages, but probably in their 30s to 50s.
So now, I'm aiming for the Museum District, maybe a Thursday for free museum entries, a trip up to the Welcome to Houston sign and graffiti alley, and then NASA to cap it all off. Do ya'll think that's pretty sound? Thanks in advance!
