Questions about a remodeling company called Kitchen and Bath Decor

We rather recently moved to the Houston area and are looking to have some remodeling done. Kitchen and Bath Decor on S Durham seems to have mostly good Google reviews but then when started trying to do a little more research on them, I noticed their Better Business Bureau affiliation has been revoked, there seem to be dozens of lawsuits filed against them, and there are several different articles and reports about the owner, named Celeste, that basically claim she is a serial scammer. Does anyone else have any experience using this company? They seemed really nice when I spoke with them on the phone but now the red flags are waving.
