Question for parents of young Astros fans….

So my four and a half year old is obsessed with the Astros. He knows every player, their position and number. We couldn’t wait till he turned five, he HAD to get into T-Ball. It’s incredible to see him recreate plays etc. He’s in Pre-K and we live in Houston so the fan base around him is huge, but one of his friends in his class constantly tells him that Astros are cheaters, mentioning the trashcans etc. It’s clear that he’s repeating his own parents (Mets fans) opinions but I find this type of behavior kind of crazy for a 4/5 year old to be repeating. Has anyone had to deal with this? Am I nuts for caring?
