Question for Memorial Park Runners (SLT)
Are any of you experiencing upper thigh/groin pain after the opening of the new detour path on the west side of the SLT?
I’ve been consistently running Memorial every weekday for almost 2 years now, and have never aggravated this part of my thigh/groin until recently. I’m wondering if it’s got something to do with all the twist and turns that have now been added to try and keep the loop distance similar (it’s shorter now, I believe). Any way, just thought I’d reach out to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue..
