Question for Busniss owners.

Can someone help me with below issue. If you have an LLC in taxes, do you still need to get general business license from Harris county? I want to get federal contracts. The online information says 4 requirements.

1. Business entity registration. It says to register DBA. (I do not know what do I need from Harris county and how to apply for it. I have registered LLc with secretary of the state)

2. Texas sales tax permit. I think I only need this if I resale something. Correct me please.

3. EIN number. Done

4. Property tax rendition. Not sure if I need this or not.
