Question faxing document for unemployment

Not sure where to post this, I’ve been asked to fax my DD214 to verify my military pay and the number they provided is unavailable. Obviously I tried calling TWC number but they seem to be backed up and not able to send a voicemail either. Any idea where to get help? No numbers have answered.
