[Question] do any dog shelters allow people to voluntarily take dogs for walks and return with the day?

Hi everyone,

Wanted to know if dog shelters in Houston are open to dog-loving people who would like to take dogs for walks. I can't commit to volunteering on a regular basis but would love to take doggos for walks during the sunset times. All leads are welcome!
