[Question] are walk ins allowed at Harris County tax office or appointment only for car title transfer?

Hey everyone,

I'm selling my car and I got a buyer, but the Harris County tax office appointments show they're booked throughout April till mid May (for Downtown and West Houston branch). It's a really long wait. Is there any chance I can show up as walk in with the buyer early as they open?
