Question: anyone familiar with the shopping center off Bellaire, where cafe 101 is?

Any one have any deets on what’s going on with most of those businesses being closed?!? Not only do they look closed but they look like they have been closed for a LONG time. Some had what looked like moving boxes inside, I’m just curious bc I AM aware of current bar closures but most of these are restaurants. Cafe 101 was not open for business, Giau bar n bites, Napa Udon, HK Dim Sum, and many others in that shopping center. Edit to add: I don’t mean to come off insensitive, but it was kinda eerie to witness.
