Question about Space Cowboys tickets

I was looking into getting a ticket (through vivid seats) for a game in April and in the sections by the dugout/on-deck circle I'm not able to select the row I want. It just says "Rows A-Z". Do you just by a ticket for the section and it's first come first serve?
