Question about outdoor Spanish-speaking event venue?

Anyone know of an outdoor event venue with seating arranged circularly or semi-circularly around a sand/dirt arena? Think small rodeo. All Spanish speaking. Saw a Spanish language ad for it a couple years ago and had it on my list to check out but Covid, etc. I want to say it was somewhere in NE part of Houston. Shot in the dark I know….but thought I’d check. Thanks in advance for any leads.
