Question about late car registration renewal

My car hasn't been registered in 3 years. Nothing wrong with the car, I just haven't used it since I started working remote. Apparently I cant do the online registration anymore, so I will have to go to the tax office.

I've never had a car registration lapse to this point. Anyone know what documents need to be filled out to re-register in this situation?
