Question about COBRA in Texas
I was laid off two weeks ago and signed my severance paperwork that I'm at zero fault for the termination. I received my COBRA in the mail but it only included my vision insurance but not my health insurance. I had Bluecross Blueshield but my payroll company told me I'm not eligible for it under COBRA. Is this legal? Should I contact Texas workforce?
