Question about Bush Sr.’s residential street near Galleria

I remember when the secret service closed off the street where Pres Dad Bush & Barbara lived for security purposes. I lived near the area and would often pass the entrance. Everyone on the street had to ID both in and out.

My question is – now that they’re both passed, is the street re opened to the public? I’m not planning on going, just curious.
