Question about being an EMT in Houston or surrounding areas

Hello, I’m thinking of becoming a EMT but I am worried about being able to pay my bills with the money I would make. I need to make over 2500 a month at least, is there anyone in the Houston area that is willing to share how much the average a month? I know the starting pay usually isn’t that much but I’m willing to work a lot of overtime if needed. Thanks in advance!
