Question about a building in Houston?

There’s this apartment complex (motel?) that I couldn’t tell you exactly where it’s located but I just know it exists because I’ve seen it a few times. Since I’ve been more interested lately in Houston’s history and older buildings, I’d really like to know the name of it.

Here’s the best description I can give:

• The apartments seem really old. Probably built in the 60’s or 70’s?
• They’re multicolored/colorful buildings. So they stand out.
• They have palm trees I believe in the front.
• It’s a small complex maybe 3 or so buildings at most.
• They’re located below i45 I think
• They almost look misplaced as if they belonged in Galveston instead. It just gives a beachy look.
