Quesadillas and the Kitchen Sink

There’s this restaurant in League City that runs a strong culinary game of great food. At the Red Oak Cafe you will find a family friendly environment with encouragement everywhere you turn. The staff even make it a point to pray with their guests if asked.

For starters, whether you come with your kids, your other half or family and friends – you will feel welcome here. There’s plenty of parking and many tables for big and small parties. Chef Chris gave us a kitchen tour as he made the kitchen sink quesadillas and the cinnamon sugar pancakes.

Breakfast and lunch are well represented with traditional items and the not so traditional.

Sweet potato pancakes will become your new go to favorite…or maybe you will lean towards the Cookies and Cream Pancakes…or dabble in on the chocolate gravy.

We sat down for an amazing duo – the Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes and the Kitchen Sink Quesadillas. To say it was an epic culinary adventure is an understatement. What could possibly make a quesadilla stand out? How about bacon and a flaky tortilla crust?

Yes, this is a real thing, and we promise you, it’s delicious!
