Quarantine “trip” trip around the world

My girlfriend and I are going to be celebrating our 10 year anniversary in May. Since we’re in an inconvenient time right now with the virus I wanted to do something unique where we travel the world through food. We have one of the most diverse food scenes in the nation and I wanted to know some recommendations for a variety of restaurants from different cultures that I could do take out with.
