Quality women’s clothing stores? Similar to Reserve Supply Co.?

I'm a native Houstonian but I have only recently started investing in quality made pieces that are both functional and stylish. Pockets, not outrageously priced, and ideal for Houston's extreme heat. Sure I can shop online, but it can be a hassle to return and I prefer to try on in person.

Reserve Supply Co. in downtown Houston is incredible for men, and I'm searching for the women equivalent. It's not overly stocked, sensory overload, it's carefully curated, high quality/stylish options.

I'm thinking of just going to REI, but would love to hear women's favorite places that fit what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? I'm 28F if that's helpful for demographic purposes.
