QB success

Curious survey for the sub. If we take a QB at 2, regardless of who it is, what do you consider to be a success? If by year 3 QB is ranked (fill in the blank) the pick was worth it. If he’s ranked (blank) it was a reach, and if he’s ranked(blank) he’s a bust. Keep in mind by year three Brady and Rodgers should be out of the league.
