Q&A with CBRE’s new Texas Capital Markets leader

For the past eight years Russell Ingrum has been a senior leader within CBRE’s Northern California Capital Markets team and has also helped lead the company’s West Coast Capital Markets team. Now he will oversee big investments in Texas real estate, and he’s confident the money will start flowing against once Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
