Q: Is DPS Opened?

Hi, I am 19 years old and I am trying to get my Driver's License for the first time. I'm going to do the online portion on the NationalHighwaySafetyAdministration page but I was wondering when the DPSs will open again. Does anyone know? I checked their website but it really needs to be updated.
