Obviously TK gotta go. At this point it might actually be detrimental to the development of your young guys. The problem is that if TK goes you might as well get rid of Culley too since you don't want to strap any potential new HCs with a lingering OC they don't want- that is unless you plan on keeping Culley for the long haul, in which case you can just get a new OC. If not then you fire both and let your HC search dictate the job status for Lovie and the other staff members. The other option (which I think is highly likely), is to fire TK and promote Pep Hamilton to OC which allows you to reasonably keep Culley for another year. What would y'all do?

Another thing is about the draft. Let's assume you're able to trade away DeTraitor and get at least one extra FRP this year. I think even if you're picking top 2, you can't ignore the attraction of trading down. You might miss out on a sure star pass rusher but the pass rush isn't the biggest problem. You have so many holes to fill and potentially you could trade down both FRPs. Let's say you could turn 2 high picks into maybe 6 picks. What would you do? Would you trade down both, just one or no trade at all? Of course there are some assumptions made but let's be hypothetical yet realistic.

And finally, yes yes I know you would fire Jack and force McNair to sell the team ok blah blah I get it.
