Purchased tickets for June 17th at Minute Maid on Vivid Seats but no confirmation from MLB or Astros. Looking for some input on what to expect.
Sorry for posting here. Hope it doesn’t get deleted. I’ve never purchased through Vivid Seats before and I’m just reaching out to see if any of you have. Vivid Seats says I should get an email from MLB or Astros with directions on what to do next, but it’s been several days. Then I read something on MLB site that says some venues don’t release their tickets until the day before the event. I’ve been working with Vivid Seats customer service and they’re stumped as to why nobody has contacted me yet. Do any of y’all know what’s going on? I figure this might help someone later on too if they’re ever in this situation and looking for some answers online.
