Pura Coffee isn’t paying out tips to their staff

I learned today that the employees only get to keep cash tips. Despite being 100% cashless, all electronic tips go straight into the owner’s pocket. After learning this I’ve decided to no longer patronize this coffee shop and I encourage you to do the same. It’s a shame, I’ve introduced a lot of folks to this place and I used to go a few times a week.
