Public Transportation

Hello Houston,

I hope everyone is having a good day, I am coming to visit Houston and I`ll bet staying 2-5 miles around the Medical District and will be making daily trips to Texas Children`s Hospitals, is public transportation reliable for daily use or am I better off Renting a car?
