Public Storage broken into. Any tips on how to deal with them?

Just got a call that my unit and other units were broken into. I checked my unit and few items are missing like a TV my PB-3000 sub woofers (3) and other miscellaneous items.

State: Texas Warranty: Orange Door PS warranty Lock: Public Storage provided round lock I have pictures of how I packed it and what it is now thys what's missing.
The facility has per user entrance and exit gate it only opens per user and my unit is in another keypad secured facility thus the burglar needs to know the entrance gate code and door code.

The lock was cut. I have the police report.

Now how to best deal with this and how to best file the claim?
