Public running tracks in South Houston?

Hello hello!! Just looking to see if there are any running tracks open to the public nearby 610/288 area.

I have googled, the closest shows rice but not sure if it's open to the public and I know there's Hermann Park too. If any recommendations, please let me know! Trying to get into running and I thank you for your time 🤗
