PSL Question

Thinking about PSL purchase. The sales data for the past six months shows many 300 level PSLs cost in the range of $100-$800 per seat. That’s super low in comparison to the per-seat asking prices of over $2000 per seat. Wondering what’s up with this. Anyone have any ideas? I saw one post saying that the tickets prices in the 300s are way too high, but this still seems like a huge difference. Should I be offering something in the $100-$800 range.
