PSA: Astros are no longer affiliated with class-A Quad Cities or Tri-City

Tri-City didn't get a Player Development License (PDL) from MLB and Quad Cities is now a Royals affiliate. All most likely due to the expected MLB minor league restructure which is reducing the number of affiliated teams from 160 to 120 in 2021.
