"proposal permit" for Hermann Park engagement?

I've always loved Hermann Park proposals and was under the impression that you just sort of showed up and hoped for a quiet moment in the Centennial Garden. turns out you need a $250-400 permit! does anyone have experience with this? is the area reserved with the permit? or is it just a way to coordinate proposal photographers on popular days? submitted by /u/lehartsyfartsy |
