Property taxes – homestead exemption

I refinanced my house and added my spouse to the title, and this seems to have kicked out my homestead exemption? I filled a new form with the HCAD app and it was rejected. I filled out a paper form and mailed it in but I received no response. I don't see Homestead Exemption on the taxes that are coming in for the year

How can I get this fixed?
