Property Tax Protest
Due to an in house miscommunication, when we fired our last tax protest firm due to some issues with them, we then dropped the ball and never got another one.
Monday is the deadline. Are we completely hosed trying to find a firm to file a protest for us? Anyone happy with who they use, or know first hand if there are firms that would be able to submit for us same day?
Worst case scenario, based on a what I've seen, they just pull the data down in terms of comps and submit it as evidence and then attend the meeting to explain. I've never self protested, and while I'm not opposed, the jump this year was massive and I don't really want to fail and have that massive jump.
Edit: grammar
