Property Tax Appeal

Hi,

It is that time of the year again: Notification of property tax changes being sent to all of us.

I wanted to ask if anyone has had recent experience using https://advaloremtax.net/ to protest their property tax increase?

I have tried iFile in the past, and it seems I always receive an auto offer of a small reduction in the property tax increase, which is better than nothing.

Despite researching the benefits of these property tax appeal firms… I am still unable to conclude if they are worth it due to mix of poor and favorable reviews in general for these kind of firms.

What's everyone's opinion?
