Process for buying 100 sq ft of my neighbor’s backyard?
Assuming we agree on a price, what’s the process for this in terms of fees, surveys, title insurance, legal fees, etc?
Might not be worth it depending on the fees, but just trying to get a sense for what the process looks like from those that may have experience with this.
Located in an area of Montrose with no deed restrictions, no HOA, and no historic designations. The 100 sq ft in question borders my lot.
