Problem Neighborhood Dogs blocking us from leaving house (Montgomery County) Advice?

Been dealing with these two animals for a couple weeks now. They kill the neighborhood cats, and they seem completely uninterested in the food and water I leave out for the kitties. They paralyzed a cat a 2 weeks ago, I had to scare them off, upon grabbing the cat it bit me which put me on antibiotics due to my finger swelling up like a hot dog, we took the kitty at 12am to get humanely euthanized and a rabies test done. The dogs are an issue.

Someone owns them, posted multiple times in our neighborhood facebook group, they've since removed their dogs collar so I couldn't attach a tracker or make identification. A neighbor also confirmed they were doing the same thing a year ago and disappeared after complaining. This time, not disappearing.

I've reached out to animal control twice, police non-emergency who said unless they are attacking me/livestock/destroying my home they can't do anything. They said if they've barricaded me in my home I'm justified in shooting them, which they have but that's not something I'm comfortable doing.

They are large, a pure bred boxer and what looks to be a pit mix.

They've no joke, been sitting in my front stoop against my front door (Boxer) and in the front yard (pit mix) since last night at 9pm. Meaning, they haven't left a single time for 31 hours confirmed by my security cameras.

We have dogs of our own so no, can't adopt them. Besides outlandish ideas, what options do I have left?

Edit:

I've tried opening the door and poking the boxer with a broom handle, it doesn't budget and just gets lower to the ground. It isn't injured, both walked just fine up here last night. They are here hunting cats waiting for them.
