Pro bono microblading for cancer pt

Does anyone know of a place or person in Houston that would consider doing microblading on a friend of mine who’s gone through roughly three years of surgeries, immunotherapy and chemo only to be told that the rest of the time she has left will be chemo followed by hopefully a few months of remission followed by more chemo. She will because of this cycle never have her hair or eyebrows back.
