Private table for surprise proposal?

Currently looking for a steakhouse/fine dining that has steak on the menu that has some sort of small private room or table to accommodate me and my gf. She’s a bit shy so to pop the question in a busy restaurant isn’t what I’m going for. I’m looking for quiet, romantic, great service, and a nice vibe in mid December. TIA!
