Pregnant stray dog help?

I’m in the med center area and there is an abandoned lot next to my apartment building where two stray dogs have lived for a couple of weeks. It appears that one of them is heavily pregnant (swollen belly/nipples and a definite waddle) and the other may be a male. Does anyone have recommendations for organizations I could call? I don’t have room to take the dogs in and am concerned about the very pregnant female dog. I appreciate any advice!
