Pre/Postgame on MLB.TV?

Does anyone know why the Astros pre/post shows aren't a part of MLB.TV's full package? Seems there are about 9 teams currently not doing this. I don't use DTV or Fubo, so current legit options are just radio. Each season I keep hoping it will be available on mlb.tv, and each season am disappointed.
