Prct. 4 is not there for the safety of the people, they are there to generate revenue to buy toys.

I was leaving work today right outside of old town spring. I got behind a Ford Explorer headed towards 45 north. This Ford was literally driving on the left side on a 2 way street. She caused 3 people to drive into the ditch. She even side swiped one sedan, bounced off, and kept going. I called 911 to report what was happening. The first 911 person asked me where we were so I told them. As soon as I gave the plate number, he hung up on me.

I follow this lady all the way up the feeder, and we get to 99 and she is turning left going 99w.

She has run over multiple curbs at this point, and has made multiple people slam their brakes as to not get side swiped.

I am behind her following at a distance when I notice a child in the back seat. We are getting on 99w. She takes the on ramp to 99, and guns it, causing an 18 wheeler to lock up his brakes to avoid rear ending her.

We get down to kuykendahl and 99, and she pulls off into the Panera. She parks. I park across the lot from her, and call 911 again. At this point she has her driver side door open, and she is throwing up. I tell the dispatcher that this lady is driving drunk, and she has ran multiple people off the road, and has hit at least one car parked, and has a child in the car. The dispatcher asked for a location. I give the dispatcher our location, and drunk lady begins to drive straight over the curb in front of her, and into an intersection. Multiple people slam on breaks to avoid a collision. I tell the dispatcher that I would like to stay on the line, and help keep track of her location, so the cops know where she is.

“Sir, this line is for emergencies only” and she hangs up on me.

The lady must have known I was following her, so she pulled into a neighborhood. I caught her at a light, and pulled up next to her. I said “what are you doing? I’ve been behind you since we were in spring, and you’re drunk. Pull over, and call someone to come get you!”

She told me to f**k myself, and gunned it into an intersection when her light was red. With a kid in the back…

Just a heads up, the cops aren’t there to protect, they are there for revenue. I hope I don’t see a news story tomorrow about her killing an innocent driver.

I realize now it is not the cops fault, but the dispatcher. I’m working on filing a complaint.

If anyone comes across a Ford Explorer in a wreck near 99 and kuykendahl, just know I did my best.
