Power was on and now back out

Hey y’all. Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this. My power came on around 9pm and just went out at 4:44am. Has anyone else had this happen? Was this planned to get work done on lines while most people are asleep?

Just curious if anyone has any insight is all.
